SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Project Manager – SuccessFactors PM Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all phases of assigned SAP SuccessFactors projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with clients, project team members, senior management, internal teams, external partners, and customers.

• Deliver both large and small-scale IT projects on schedule and within financial constraints.

• Guide, mentor, and support project managers responsible for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and service delivery.

• Address client escalations and engage in negotiations.

• Ensure the provision of high-quality, cost-effective services.

• Identify and implement enhancements in processes, systems, execution, and documentation.

• Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects.

• Monitor project expenditures against budget, track progress against timelines, and prepare cost-to-complete reports.

• Secure approvals for requirements, workbooks, testing outcomes, milestones, and other relevant documentation.

• Develop project plans, kickoff presentations, forecasts, resource allocations, and facilitate sales-to-delivery transitions.

• Keep project documentation up to date and deliver progress status reports.

• Organize internal project review meetings and conduct final assessments of deliverables.

• Oversee the quality of deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, scope, and change management processes.

• Build trusted relationships with clients and lead communications.

• Coordinate and manage project staff while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

• Coach, guide, and mentor members of the project team.

• Assess resources required for potential projects and assist with proposal estimations.

• Identify opportunities for organic growth with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects, including defining project scope and budget, creating project plans, managing resources, resolving issues, and reporting status.

• Proven experience in managing full-suite SuccessFactors implementations.

• Experience overseeing ECP payroll implementations.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.

• Familiarity with resource and financial management tools such as Oracle and Salesforce.

• Detail-oriented and results-driven; proactive in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear, concise, and confident.

• Willingness and capability to share knowledge with clients and mentor project team members.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Creative and analytical thinking skills to navigate a fast-paced problem-solving environment.

• Ability to collaborate closely with various internal and external organizations.

• Capable of managing multiple technical projects and daily operations simultaneously.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must be able to pass background checks and obtain public trust clearance if required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.

• Preferred: Experience in implementing EC for existing SAP ECC Payroll clients remaining on ECC Payroll.

• Preferred: Experience with transitions from ECC Payroll to ECP Payroll implementations.

• Preferred: Commitment to staying current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies.

• Preferred: Understanding of current HR policies and practices with the ability to foresee future trends.

• Plus: Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM/Payroll or SuccessFactors modules.

• Plus: Skill in eliciting and documenting business requirements.

• Plus: Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, policies, and best practices.
