SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional design and configuration of the Employee Central Benefits features in SuccessFactors.

• Evaluate business needs and convert them into effective and scalable Benefits configurations and functional solutions.

• Create benefit plans, determine eligibility, establish enrollment processes, and calculate contributions in line with payroll requirements.

• Define, verify, and troubleshoot the flow of benefits-related data and deductions to payroll.

• Produce functional design documentation, configuration justifications, and other supporting materials.

• Collaborate with teams from payroll, technical, and integration departments.

• Assist in functional, integration, and comprehensive payroll testing.

• Identify and address any functional issues related to Benefits configuration, contribution logic, and payroll integration.

• Engage in activities for requirements gathering, solution design, validation of builds, and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP.

• At least 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Practical functional experience in configuring Employee Central Benefits.

• Background in designing and implementing benefit plans that support employee and employer contributions, as well as payroll processing.

• Strong comprehension of integration points between SuccessFactors Benefits and payroll systems.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Must have work authorization that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.
