OCM Lead – SAP Retail Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead assessments on the impact of changes for users in merchandising, planning, pricing, and supply chain.

• Develop and implement the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with functional leaders to translate process modifications into effects on specific roles.

• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with sponsors.

• Create and execute a comprehensive communications plan.

• Design training methodologies and materials tailored for affected user groups.

• Monitor readiness and adoption levels, reporting any risks to program leadership.

• Facilitate go-live preparedness and provide post-go-live assistance.

• Confirm that merchandising workstream users are adequately trained and ready ahead of go-live.

• Align sponsors with impacted teams regarding forthcoming changes.

• Maintain user adoption post-go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in OCM specifically on SAP Retail merchandising implementations (including assortment, pricing, replenishment, or article and site master), rather than general retail industry experience.

• Participation in multiple full-cycle ERP implementations in an OCM capacity.

• Demonstrated expertise in change impact assessments and engaging stakeholders.

• Proven experience in developing training and communication materials for business users.

• Capability to quickly integrate into an ongoing program.

• Strong skills in executive communication and aligning with sponsors.

• Availability to start immediately.

• Possession of Prosci or equivalent OCM certification is a plus.

• Experience with S/4HANA Retail is beneficial.

• Exposure to SAP CAR or merchandise planning is advantageous.

• Background in consulting or as an SAP integrator is preferred.

• Experience with large retailers or consumer goods programs is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP Retail (IS-Retail or S/4HANA Retail), as well as MM, SD, and FI/CO integration is required.
