SAP SF Time and Employee Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client needs and convert business requirements into efficient SAP SuccessFactors configurations.

• Engage with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management features.

• Take part in client workshops, showcasing system functionalities and proposed solutions.

• Proactively identify suitable solutions and contribute to ongoing enhancements.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation and delivery phases.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Assist in ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.

• Articulate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Employee Central and Time Management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to comprehend client requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations.

• Prior experience in presenting SAP SuccessFactors functionalities in client workshops.

• Proactive mindset in identifying solutions and addressing business challenges.

• Strong skills in relationship building and confidence in direct client interactions.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• English proficiency at C1/C2 level with an active certification.

• Previous involvement in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

• Experience collaborating with international clients and multicultural teams.

• Familiarity with facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.

• Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
