SAP S/4HANA Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction on SAP S/4HANA remotely from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Develop and implement a variety of teaching methods for course delivery.

• Prepare and facilitate learning assessments.

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives.

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional skills and transitioning into the job market.

• Play a role in competency development as both a source of input and a facilitator of learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree.

• Professional and project experience as a consultant.

• Experience as a trainer, preferably in publicly funded continuing education and online instruction.

• Current SAP S/4HANA certification.

• Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, such as a P2WTTT certificate or AEVO qualification.

• Strong methodological and instructional skills for effectively conveying educational content.

• Independent and organized working style with a high level of personal responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

• Proficient in the language of instruction, German (C2 level).
