SAP MM Consultant, Public Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Configure, implement, and provide support for procurement and inventory management processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• Analyze business requirements and engage in fit-to-standard workshops.

• Maintain SAP Central Business Configuration and carry out configuration tasks while adhering to Public Edition extensibility limitations and clean-core principles.

• Support the management of material/product master data, supplier business partner records, purchasing information records, source determination, purchasing conditions, and procurement approval workflows.

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, configuration records, test scripts, and knowledge articles.

• Conduct functional unit and integration testing, assist with User Acceptance Testing, and perform regression testing for cloud releases.

• Investigate incidents and service requests, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective measures with technical teams and SAP Support.

• Maintain ticket documentation, track incident progress, and adhere to response and resolution SLAs.

• Collaborate with SAP FI, CO, SD, LE, SCM, EWM, and TM teams to address cross-functional issues.

• Communicate functional solutions, technical findings, and process enhancements to business stakeholders.

• Assist in user training activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience in SAP MM; a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management, including relevant SAP S/4HANA exposure is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation projects or Application Management Services (AMS) engagements.

• Practical experience in configuring or supporting SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition procurement and inventory management processes.

• Required SAP certification in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or Private Edition related to Materials Management or Sourcing and Procurement.

• Strong functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Experience with purchasing master data, procurement processes, and inventory management.

• Familiarity with material valuation, account determination, and Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).

• Working knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Public Edition scope items, and fit-to-standard principles.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC).

• Understanding of the integration between SAP MM and Finance.

• Ability to analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, create test cases, and troubleshoot functional issues.

• For AMS roles, experience with ticketing systems, incident prioritization, escalation processes, and service-level targets.

• Fluent/advanced spoken and written English skills.

• An updated resume in Word format showcasing relevant SAP experience, certifications, integrations, and English language proficiency.
