SAP P2S Rollout Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Conduct fit-to-standard analyses, harmonize logistics processes, and ensure alignment with global SAP templates and organizational policies.

• Assist in the transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA, encompassing data migration, process reengineering, and change management.

• Collaborate with customer business and project teams from initial discovery through pilot, rollout, go-live, and stabilization phases.

• Advise rollout entities on local tasks such as data cleansing, process harmonization, authorization, and training.

• Aid in the central template design and localization for inbound, outbound, and transportation logistics processes.

• Implement SAP Activate milestones including Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.

• Build and sustain effective cross-functional relationships.

• Establish change management protocols with local organizations for ERP transformation.

• Provide hypercare support, troubleshoot issues, and suggest continuous improvements post go-live.

• Drive formal deliverable sign-offs in accordance with compliance, security, and audit frameworks.

• Contribute to knowledge transfer, training documentation, and the evolution of global templates.

• Adhere to relevant company and interdepartmental procedures.

• Execute other area-related tasks as directed by the direct superior.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Extensive consulting and rollout experience, complemented by user training and support experience, along with several years of domain expertise.

• Comprehensive end-to-end implementation experience, including migration and cutover activities.

• Understanding of integrated process chains and functional implementation of S/4HANA.

• Strong SAP PP expertise, covering MRP, Work Center, Routing, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.

• Experience with SAP P2S end-to-end processes in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.

• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP and its integration with MM, SD, QM, and WM/EWM.

• Competence in data migration, master data setup (BOM, routing, production versions), and cutover activities.

• Experience in SAP PP template rollouts, fit-gap analysis, localization, and customization.

• Capability to write or validate functional specifications for WRICEF objects.

• Familiarity with Solution Manager/Activate methodology, Signavio, Jira, and tools for documentation, testing, and change management.

• Awareness of global rollout governance, change control, and regulatory compliance.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and best practices for rollout/template localization.

• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.

• Agile certification or experience with agile projects is preferred.

• Willingness to travel internationally within the EU.
