SAP S/4HANA Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Design and implement a variety of teaching methodologies

• Prepare and facilitate learning assessments

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives

• Deliver practical, real-world instruction and assist participants in enhancing their skills

• Aid learners in developing their professional competencies and transitioning into the job market

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree

• Professional and project experience as a consultant

• Experience as a trainer, preferably in government-funded adult education and online instruction

• Current SAP S/4HANA certification

• Evidence of pedagogical competence, such as a P2WTTT certificate or AEVO qualification

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering training materials

• Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal accountability

• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for teamwork

• Proficient command of the instructional language, German (C2 level)
