SAP S/4 HANA BRIM Application Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide design and system configuration for the SAP S/4HANA BRIM module

• Assist in the rollout and implementation of standardized Service-to-Cash processes throughout various business units

• Convert business requirements into effective system solutions

• Oversee data migration, testing, training, post-go-live support, and project timelines

• Configure, customize, test, and implement SAP BRIM developments in line with S/4HANA best practices

• Lead requirement gathering and solution design efforts in collaboration with workstream managers, Solution Architects, and team leads

• Support Sales and Customer Service functions and their integration with operations, finance, and product management workflows

• Evaluate requirements related to subscription order management, subscription billing, contract management, and convergent charging

• Develop and maintain functional specifications for WRICEF objects

• Execute cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities

• Address incidents and change requests for operational business units

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory

• At least 5 years of consulting experience across various industries

• A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations/rollouts and support experience in the BRIM module within S/4HANA projects

• Proficiency with SOM, CI, CC, and FI-CA

• Practical experience in configuring BRIM components and managing complete billing cycles

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP Best Practices in BRIM and SD modules, as well as their integrations and technology

• Experience working in an S/4HANA environment and with Fiori applications

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within tight deadlines

• SAP S/4HANA Certification in SAP BRIM is preferred

• Familiarity with embedded analytics, Fiori user experience, and SAP Cloud Platform is a plus

• Exposure to SAP BTP or cloud-based BRIM extensions is advantageous

• Basic ABAP debugging skills or knowledge of enhancement frameworks is beneficial

• Willingness to work during European time and, as necessary, APAC/US time zones
