SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and external systems.

• Develop and maintain integrations utilizing SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).

• Execute SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) implementations.

• Engage in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live assistance.

• Diagnose and resolve integration challenges across project and AMS environments.

• Work collaboratively with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

• Offer technical expertise and contribute to integration standards and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI.

• Proven experience with SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) implementations.

• Solid understanding of integration concepts, mappings, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

• Proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with ECP technical setup (preferred).
