SAP SD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business needs associated with Sales and Distribution processes.

• Design, configure, and provide support for SAP SD solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Engage in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support initiatives.

• Operate within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud systems.

• Facilitate end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Configure and maintain sales orders, pricing and conditions, customer/business partner management, ATP, deliveries, picking and shipping, billing, returns, credit and debit processes, as well as intercompany sales.

• Collect and document functional requirements from business stakeholders.

• Convert business needs into SAP functional solutions.

• Conduct system configuration and functional testing.

• Create functional specifications when necessary.

• Coordinate and perform unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Diagnose and resolve SAP SD incidents along with business process challenges.

• Assist with SD-related data migration tasks.

• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and other functional consultants.

• Interact with SAP FI, MM, PP, EWM, and other integration areas.

• Support SAP releases, enhancements, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Develop functional documentation, process flows, and training resources.

• Participate in workshops involving key users and business stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions adhere to SAP best practices and project standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP SD Consultant / SAP SD Functional Consultant.

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud.

• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Practical experience with SAP SD configuration and troubleshooting.

• Involvement in SAP implementation, rollout, support, or transformation projects.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

• Technical and functional expertise in SAP SD / Sales and Distribution.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud features and best practices.

• Proficient conversational skills in English and Spanish are essential; language proficiency will be assessed.

• If a foreign national residing in Mexico, must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.

• Must be based in Mexico.

• Must hold a valid visa for employment in Mexico.
