SAP PM, QM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and validation of SAP PM/QM solutions.

• Develop, execute, and sustain test scripts as necessary.

• Evaluate business requirements and create functional specifications.

• Collaborate with technical teams to assist in defect resolution.

• Aid in SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

• Diagnose production issues and offer functional solutions while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SAP PM, including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Equipment BOMs, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Orders, Notifications, and Work Centers.

• Practical experience with Corrective, Preventive, and Breakdown Maintenance processes as well as execution of maintenance orders.

• Familiarity with Measuring Points, Counters, Refurbishment Processes, and maintenance-related master data.

• In-depth understanding of the SAP QM inspection lifecycle, encompassing Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Results Recording, Defects, Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications, Certificates, Batch Management, and Sample Management.

• Significant experience in Calibration processes, especially in triggering QM Inspection Lots from PM Maintenance Plans for the calibration of test and measurement equipment.

• Solid knowledge of PM-MM integration, including spare parts, goods issuance from stock, external services procurement, and purchasing workflows.

• Strong grasp of PM-FICO integration, incorporating order settlement, cost centers, WBS elements, projects, and tracking of maintenance-related costs.

• Experience with PM-QM integration, particularly in calibration and inspection processes.

• Understanding of PM-PP integration, including shared work centers and capacity planning.

• Proficiency in Output Management and Printing, which includes maintenance work orders, job cards, permits, labels, and QM Certificates of Analysis.

• Experience with mobile maintenance/mobile reconnection scenarios and associated output processes.
