SAP NS2 Technical Quality, Success Plan Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring the effective adoption and utilization of SAP-centric digital innovations.

• Oversee intricate customer relationships and Premium Engagement initiatives for designated federal, Department of Defense, state, local, education, healthcare, public-sector, and private-sector accounts.

• Collect insights regarding customer business and roadmaps to facilitate successful engagement delivery.

• Facilitate premium engagement steering meetings with clients.

• Administer the Premium Engagement customer engagement service plan.

• Keep and update weekly records of Premium Engagement time actuals and revenue forecasts in NS2 financials (ECC).

• Collaborate with customers, SAP AGS COE, BackOffice, NS2 COE, NS2 BackOffice, SAP Consulting, and SAP Active Global Support to deliver MaxSecure contract components.

• Work alongside the NS2 Service and Support MaxSecure Delivery team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• SAP NS2 does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

• Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Over ten years of experience in business software implementation consulting or support.

• A minimum of five years managing or delivering SAP engineering and maintenance-related services.

• Exceptional customer-facing communication and presentation skills when engaging with executive audiences.

• Demonstrated experience in migrating on-premise software to cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.

• Previous ERP software implementation experience is required.

• Background in software services sales, contract management, or negotiations.

• Extensive knowledge of the SAP Maintenance Portfolio, which includes SAP Enterprise Support, SAP Standard Support, SAP Product Support for Large Enterprises, SAP MaxAttention, and SAP ActiveEmbedded.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to forge trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.

• Competence to independently lead and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% or as required by customer needs.
