SAP MM, Public Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Configure, implement, and provide support for procurement and inventory processes within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, goods movements, stock transfers, physical inventory, and supplier invoice verification.

• Analyze business needs and engage in fit-to-standard workshops in line with SAP Best Practices and relevant scope items.

• Maintain configurations utilizing SAP Central Business Configuration while adhering to Public Edition extensibility and clean-core principles.

• Support material/product and supplier business partner master data, purchasing info records, source determination, purchasing conditions, and procurement approval workflows.

• Prepare functional specifications, integration documentation, process documentation, configuration records, test scripts, and knowledge articles.

• Conduct functional unit, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing for modifications and cloud releases.

• Investigate incidents and service requests, identify root causes, coordinate corrective measures, maintain ticket updates, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

• Collaborate with FI, CO, SD, LE, SCM, EWM, and TM teams to address cross-functional issues and uphold end-to-end process consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of practical experience in SAP Materials Management, including relevant S/4HANA exposure.

• Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation projects or AMS support engagements; either pathway is acceptable.

• Direct experience in configuring or supporting SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition procurement and inventory management processes.

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or Private Edition, pertinent to Materials Management/Sourcing and Procurement; Public Edition certification preferred.

• Strong grasp of procure-to-pay processes, purchasing master data, inventory management, material valuation, account determination, and logistics invoice verification.

• Working knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Public Edition scope items, fit-to-standard principles, SAP Fiori applications, and SAP Central Business Configuration.

• Understanding of integration between MM and Finance, with the ability to investigate purchasing, goods movement, and invoice-related posting issues.

• Capability to document requirements, develop functional specifications and test cases, and systematically troubleshoot functional issues.

• For AMS roles, proficiency in using ticketing tools, incident prioritization, escalation procedures, and adhering to service-level agreements.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and the migration of procurement or inventory master data.

• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, or procurement integration scenarios.

• Exposure to Quality Management, Warehouse Management/EWM, Manufacturing, or Sales integration.

• Understanding of flexible workflows, procurement analytics, and SAP Fiori business roles and authorizations.

• Knowledge of released APIs, communication arrangements, SAP Business Technology Platform, and permissible Public Edition extensibility options.

• Experience in evaluating cloud release changes and facilitating regression test automation.

• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, customer orientation, ownership, collaboration, prioritization, adaptability, documentation, knowledge-sharing, and user-training skills.
