SAP Integration Functional Lead – Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee functional integration activities across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and various third-party enterprise applications.

• Collect, assess, and convert business requirements into functional integration specifications and solution designs.

• Ensure that SAP integration solutions align with comprehensive business processes across multiple SAP modules.

• Facilitate functional integration between SAP and enterprise systems such as MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM, and other business applications.

• Collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants, integration developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.

• Define functional integration prerequisites, including business process flows, data mapping, and interface dependencies.

• Lead functional workshops to pinpoint integration necessities, process deficiencies, and enhancement opportunities.

• Assist with SAP implementation, migration, transformation, and global rollout initiatives.

• Coordinate integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and business process validation.

• Ensure that integration solutions comply with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP regulations.

• Offer functional guidance and resolve cross-system integration challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, SAP integration, or functional leadership positions.

• Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.

• Demonstrated experience leading functional integration initiatives across SAP modules and non-SAP enterprise systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional SAP integration.

• Experience in gathering business requirements, developing functional specifications, and coordinating solution delivery.

• Familiarity with SAP integration concepts, including IDocs, APIs, interfaces, and data flows from a functional standpoint.

• Experience integrating SAP with enterprise applications like MES, LIMS, WMS, or similar systems.

• Background in regulated pharmaceutical environments (GxP).

• Experience in supporting large-scale SAP implementations, transformations, or global rollouts.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
