SAP HR IT Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Manage HR IT regional platforms and foundational systems, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, and Fiori.

• Serve as the primary resource for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow.

• Function as a technology specialist in comprehensive HR business processes and configuration.

• Establish global guidelines for HXM and UI developments as well as operations.

• Act as the technical authority within the designated area of responsibility.

• Propel innovations and enhance existing technologies.

• Develop creative business solutions utilizing ABAP and object-oriented programming, reports, and FI interfaces.

• Design and create reliable, sustainable, and best-practice HCM solutions tailored to customer requirements.

• Provide expert end-to-end business process consulting to internal stakeholders and regional HR departments.

• Collaborate with HR Operations and the IT community to identify needs, develop IT concepts and blueprints, implement system solutions, and assess success.

• Work collaboratively with the Global HR team to optimize resource utilization and the effectiveness of system solutions.

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of new strategies and technologies.

• Optimize the HR-IT technical landscape, platforms, and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture, and roadmap.

• Coordinate with HR IT providers and monitor their performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or a related field in Computer Science.

• 5–10 years of experience in IT or related industries.

• At least 5 years of relevant SAP project experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR IT platforms, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management, and Architecture Management.

• Proficient in SAP ABAP programming for HCM, especially in interface techniques.

• Strong enthusiasm for the development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows.

• Project management expertise.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and holistic thinking skills.

• Efficient troubleshooting skills.

• High customer orientation and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Intercultural sensitivity, with preferred experience working in an international team.

• Familiarity with HR business processes.

• Proficient in spoken English.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including international business trips.
