SAP HCM Consultant – SuccessFactors Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and provide support for SAP HCM, emphasizing Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and additional components.

• Assist in rollout, migration, and upgrade initiatives.

• Engage in SAP HCM integrations with various applications.

• Configure and manage SAP BIB for the integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

• Work with bidirectional interfaces for data replication and migration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

• Develop mapping sheets and create logic for integration scenarios.

• Collaborate with ABAP developers and functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Work with Employee Central (EC) and its integration requirements.

• Provide expertise on functional and configuration aspects of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.

• Analyze and resolve issues related to data replication via IDocs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP HCM.

• Familiarity with PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management).

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Knowledge of integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

• Proficiency with SAP BIB and IDocs.

• Background in migration, rollout, upgrade, and integration projects.

• Ability to work collaboratively with both functional and technical teams.

• Possess an analytical, consultative, and solution-focused mindset.

• Fluent in English.
