SAP HCM Consultant – Nationwide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses of requirements, develop solution concepts, and design architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Assist clients in the implementation and ongoing management of intricate SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.

• Take independent charge of customer accounts within the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors framework.

• Offer consulting, customization, and configuration services to meet client needs.

• Actively participate in shaping the company's strategic direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or human resources.

• Multiple years of professional experience in SAP HCM.

• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or one or more SuccessFactors modules.

• ABAP knowledge is considered an asset.

• Possess a confident and persuasive demeanor.

• Employ a structured approach to tasks.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills.

• Maintain a high level of accountability.

• Demonstrate strong business acumen.

• Be self-motivated and proactive.

• Proficient in German language skills.
