SAP HCM Consultant – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective functioning of SAP HCM solutions, including payroll, for clients.

• Continuously improve SAP HCM solutions.

• Assist with implementations, migrations, and release upgrades within the HCM environment.

• Provide ongoing support for current clients utilizing SAP HCM applications.

• Analyze and refine processes in partnership with business departments.

• Identify opportunities for enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting.

• Proficiency in the PA, PY, and/or other HCM modules.

• Strong business acumen related to the SAP HCM system.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM customization.

• Excellent consulting skills and a strong level of commitment.

• Experience in project and sub-project management is a plus.

• Familiarity with schemas and rules.

• Team-oriented, dedicated, and able to work independently in a structured manner.

• Payroll experience is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
