SAP Global Label Management Lead – Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the SAP GLM workstream for implementation, enhancements, rollouts, and optimization projects.

• Serve as the key functional authority for SAP Global Label Management and associated labeling processes.

• Collect and convert business needs into effective SAP GLM solutions.

• Facilitate solution design workshops involving business, packaging, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Establish and manage labeling processes, templates, master data needs, and system integrations.

• Collaborate with SAP teams, solution architects, validation teams, and external partners to ensure successful solution implementation.

• Assist with testing, validation, training, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory, quality, and labeling standards.

• Oversee workstream plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

• Aid in global template deployment, system harmonization, and continuous improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a SAP GLM Lead, SAP GLM Consultant, or SAP Labeling Solution Lead.

• Extensive functional expertise in SAP Global Label Management (GLM).

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical labeling, packaging, artwork, and regulatory processes.

• Solid understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA integration with labeling and packaging workflows.

• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences settings.

• Strong knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), quality procedures, and compliance standards.

• Proven track record in leading workshops, gathering requirements, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• Proficient in business English.
