SAP Functional Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect both business and technical requirements while documenting current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform in alignment with approved design standards.

• Oversee interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process interdependencies.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Contribute to the development of dependable, maintainable enterprise solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 7+ years of experience in a relevant professional capacity.

• Hands-on experience with SAP functional configuration, business process analysis, functional specifications, integration testing, cutover, and user adoption.

• Familiarity with implementing, developing, managing, or supporting SAP or the enterprise platform specified in the job title.

• Strong comprehension of pertinent business processes and SAP core functionalities.

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions made.

• Understanding of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.

• Capability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• U.S. citizenship, Green Card, EAD, or eligible H-1B transfer status; new H-1B sponsorship is not available.
