SAP Forms Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Forms processes.

• Configure and maintain functionality for form creation, management, and execution.

• Develop and customize SAP Forms, focusing on layouts, form logic, and integrations with other SAP modules.

• Configure documents for form settlement and related invoice-verification processes.

• Oversee processes related to settlement, cost calculation, and cost distribution.

• Support visibility and reporting for costs associated with forms.

• Configure the automatic posting of form-related costs in SAP and relevant external interfaces.

• Assist in ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition.

• Guarantee effective integration between SAP Forms and other modules, such as Transportation Management, Financial Accounting, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Extended Warehouse Management.

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to reconcile invoices related to forms.

• Work alongside SAP S/4HANA, logistics, financial, and interface teams to facilitate integration with the financial system of record.

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical solutions.

• Manage system enhancements and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, coordinating their resolution with technical and business teams.

• Support the timely completion of project deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance is preferred).

• A minimum of five years of experience in managing SAP Forms.

• Proven experience in developing and customizing SAP Forms, including layout design, form logic, and cross-module integration.

• Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Forms and SAP Financial Accounting.

• Strong knowledge of form settlement, cost calculation, and cost distribution processes.

• Experience in configuring settlement documents and processes for invoice verification.

• Familiarity with general ledger account determination and cost postings.

• Strong understanding of integration points among SAP Forms, Financial Accounting, Sales and Distribution, and Materials Management.

• Experience supporting end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.

• Deep knowledge of logistics business processes.

• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
