SAP ERCS Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee SAP ERCS initiatives within the Utility Sector and facilitate the delivery of Customer Service/Customer Transformation projects

• Leverage functional SAP knowledge to support customer transformation and technology deployments

• Assist in Meter to Cash operations, related functions, and technologies

• Play a key role in significant implementations such as CIS upgrades

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the Utility Sector, focusing on Customer Service project delivery or Customer Transformation project delivery

• A minimum of 3 years of functional experience with SAP

• Proficient in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies

• Specialized knowledge in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS upgrades)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (at least 12 years)

• If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
