SAP Consultant – Facility & Workplace Management, Planon, SAP MM/PM/PS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on choosing, implementing, and advancing facility and workplace management solutions utilizing Planon in conjunction with SAP PM, MM, and PS.

• Customize Planon through the Accelerator approach, which includes modifying labels, fields, processes, and business objects.

• Conduct analysis, development, and implementation activities related to maintenance, space and workplace management, as well as energy and sustainability management.

• Engage in the integration of Planon with SAP S/4HANA through the SAP Business Technology Platform.

• Collaborate with the shared data model (Master Data Integration / One Domain Model) and explore the extensibility of both systems.

• Execute quality assurance for SAP and PROMOS.GT solutions focused on technical real estate and facility management.

• Organize and deliver training sessions and workshops.

• Provide support to key users.

• Assume responsibilities in (partial) project management in the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Facility Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with Planon or a similar CAFM/IWMS system, particularly in areas such as facility, workplace, or maintenance management—or a strong desire to gain expertise in this domain.

• Preferably, familiarity with at least one SAP component: MM, PM, or PS.

• Willingness to embrace new cloud-native technologies, especially SAP Public Cloud solutions and the integration of Planon with SAP S/4HANA.

• Proficient in German, including the ability to negotiate professionally.
