SAP ABAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions that support SAP S/4HANA and related systems.

• Develop and maintain RICEFW objects, which include Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.

• Analyze business requirements and work collaboratively with stakeholders to create scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Create technical designs, specifications, and supporting documentation for SAP enhancements and integrations.

• Conduct unit, integration, system, and release testing.

• Assist with user acceptance testing, production deployments, release management, and the ongoing maintenance of applications.

• Design, build, and improve SAP Fiori applications and user experiences utilizing SAP UI5.

• Develop transactional, analytical, and fact sheet Fiori applications, as well as enhance standard SAP applications through approved enhancement frameworks.

• Design and implement OData services using SAP Gateway technologies.

• Deploy and maintain applications within existing SAP Launchpad environments.

• Diagnose and resolve complex application, integration, and performance challenges.

• Support SAP S/4HANA modernization efforts while following Clean Core architecture principles and development best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams that support transportation, logistics, financial, and operational business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum required).

• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting applications within SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA, or similar enterprise SAP environments.

• Extensive experience with ABAP Objects, ABAP Reports, Dialog/Online Transactions, and Web Dynpro.

• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies, including BAPI, ALE, IDocs, PI/PO, SOAP, XML Web Services, REST APIs, and Proxies.

• Experience with BOPF, OData Services, and the ABAP RESTful Programming Model.

• Proficient in SAP UI5 and Fiori, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Eclipse, and VS Code.

• Strong SAP S/4HANA development experience, encompassing CDS Views, AMDP, Code Pushdown Techniques, Native SQL, ADT, HANA Data Modeling, Database Procedures, and HANA Performance Optimization.

• Knowledge of SAP coding standards, performance guidelines, and development best practices.

• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
