SAP Basis Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the dependable operation of SAP system landscapes.

• Conduct monitoring, error analysis, and performance enhancements.

• Take charge of technical SAP Basis topics, ensuring stable and secure administration.

• Evaluate technical requirements and determine appropriate solution strategies.

• Implement solutions in partnership with clients, business units, and project teams.

• Assist with S/4HANA conversions and system as well as database migrations.

• Provide technical assistance for SUM/DMO, cutover, and go-live processes.

• Manage SAP HANA, Oracle, Linux, and Windows environments.

• Oversee roles, authorizations, and user management.

• Contribute to SAP ILM, archiving, and the continuous improvement of SAP Basis services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP Basis administration.

• Experience in supporting complex SAP system landscapes.

• Familiarity with SAP architectures and interfaces.

• Understanding of role, authorization, and user management.

• Practical experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, Linux, or Windows environments.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversions and system or database migrations.

• Knowledge of SUM/DMO, cutover planning, and go-live processes.

• Ability to analyze, evaluate, and implement technical requirements.

• Independent, solution-focused, and reliable working style.

• Strong communication skills with clients, business units, and technical teams.
