SAP Ariba Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and enhance SAP Ariba workflows

• Oversee sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and procurement operations

• Handle multiple project implementations and provide production support

• Address incidents and service requests while prioritizing tasks in line with SLA and ITSM processes

• Configure procurement workflows, supplier onboarding, and catalog management within SAP

• Tailor SAP modules to fulfill specific business needs

• Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP modules and external systems

• Execute data migration utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies

• Generate procurement reports, custom reports, and dashboards

• Plan, implement, and oversee SAP projects using ASAP and Activate methodologies

• Lead project teams and manage the expectations of stakeholders

• Recognize business challenges, promote process enhancements, and execute innovative solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes within SAP Ariba

• Capability to design, configure, and optimize Ariba workflows

• Proficiency in sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and procurement operations

• Familiarity with Ariba Network and its integration with ERP systems

• Demonstrated experience in managing simultaneous project implementations and production support

• Experience with SAP configuration, procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and catalog management

• Ability to customize SAP modules to align with business requirements

• Experience with SAP enhancement techniques such as user exits, BAdIs, and custom reports

• Expertise in integrating SAP Ariba with SAP modules and third-party solutions

• Proficient in LSMW and BDC data migration tools and techniques

• Skilled in creating and managing procurement reports using SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud

• Ability to develop custom reports and dashboards

• Strong project management capabilities, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring

• Familiarity with ASAP and Activate methodologies

• Competence in leading project teams and managing stakeholder expectations

• Knowledge of SAP GUI and Fiori applications

• Understanding of SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments

• Basic knowledge of ABAP and CIG programming

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Information Technology, or Engineering, along with relevant SAP experience

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement or SAP Ariba are highly desirable
