SAP ABAP Specialist – BP (Business Partner) Module

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Overhaul and oversee the integration between Localiza&Co’s customer and partner platform and SAP’s BP module.

• Revamp the integration architecture and workflows connecting Localiza&Co’s customer and partner platform with SAP’s BP module.

• Create, enhance, and sustain ABAP programs associated with Business Partner master data and management.

• Define, implement, and manage integration interfaces (APIs, IDocs, RFCs, batch, and event-driven interfaces, as necessary).

• Translate customer and partner business rules into SAP BP objects, enhancements, and processes.

• Maintain consistency between source systems and SAP BP, including creation, updates, deactivation, and synchronization.

• Diagnose root causes of integration failures and inconsistencies in master data.

• Focus on structural solutions rather than temporary data cleansing measures.

• Establish and track integration and BP master data quality metrics.

• Document procedures, integration agreements, and technical standards for use by teams.

• Act as a technical resource for business, data, and technology teams as the customer and partner domain evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in ABAP development (reports, function modules, classes, enhancements, BADIs, and user exits).

• Proficient in SAP’s BP (Business Partner) module, including master data, roles, relationships, and related processes.

• Familiarity with SAP integration (IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData/APIs, and batch processing).

• Capability to convert intricate customer and partner business rules into ABAP solutions within SAP BP.

• Understanding of the master data lifecycle, covering creation, modification, deactivation, and synchronization across systems.

• Acquainted with dump analysis, integration logs, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.

• Knowledge of MDM (Master Data Management), including matching, deduplication, survivorship rules, and the Golden Record is advantageous.

• Experience in complex SAP environments and distributed architectures is preferred.
