This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of technical design and delivery for projects or workstreams from the discovery phase to release.
• Create scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and various integrations.
• Design the integration and data architecture, which includes API and event-driven patterns, middleware solutions, data migration, and managing large data volumes.
• Convert business requirements and user stories into technical designs and specifications.
• Provide guidance to client stakeholders regarding design trade-offs, platform constraints, and potential risks.
• Ensure delivery quality by conducting code reviews, design evaluations, and adhering to development standards.
• Manage the development lifecycle, which encompasses environment strategies, version control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to developers and consultants, including assistance with troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Work collaboratively with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams.
• Identify and manage technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Assist in pre-sales activities by defining technical solutions, estimating efforts, and clarifying proposed methodologies.
• Enhance solution quality, delivery efficiency, and technical standards throughout various engagements.
• Complete an assessment of applicants following the submission of a resume.
• Candidates must be located in the United States, as this position is for US-based applicants only.
• This is a full-time, direct hire role; submissions from C2C, contracts, or agencies are not accepted.
• Significant experience in architecting and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform is essential.
• Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
• Existing Salesforce technical certifications are mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and technical delivery experience, including at least 2 years in a consulting setting.
• Experience serving as the technical lead on complex enterprise implementations involving multiple business units, stakeholder groups, and interconnected systems.
• Profound knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Strong understanding of platform limitations and performance, including governor limits, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Platform Events), and large data volumes.
• Experience in integration design with REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Background in designing Salesforce sharing and security models.
• A solid foundation in object-oriented programming and common design patterns (Apex, Java, Python, or similar languages).
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Practical experience with Git-based source control, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing, including well-organized Apex unit tests.
• Experience participating in Agile or Scrum teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to lead technical workshops and design reviews confidently.
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, and other standard enterprise business applications.
• Required certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II.
• Candidates should be willing and able to accommodate 25–50% travel as needed for projects.
• Experience with business processes in areas such as quote-to-cash, service, or sales operations is advantageous.
• Experience in maintaining legacy Visualforce and Aura code is a plus.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect.
