Salesforce QA Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop detailed and comprehensive test scripts for user stories.

• Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.

• Suggest best practices for Quality Assurance (QA).

• Deliver thorough test results to the development team.

• Clarify test results to developers.

• Execute testing within each sprint, utilizing agile methodologies and effective time management.

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and the technical team through phone calls, web conferences, and MS Teams.

• Provide extensive pass/fail documentation for all deliverables.

• Navigate the application to ensure comprehension of end-state functionality prior to entering a sprint.

• Conduct testing across two small applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Possession of an active Public Trust Clearance (from any agency).

• Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.

• Must reside in the United States and execute work within the United States.

• Over 3 years of experience in Information Technology (IT).

• More than 3 years of experience in testing all product backlog items and delivering pass/fail documentation for each item.

• 3+ years of experience in developing and executing project Software Quality Assurance Plans.

• Over 3 years of experience working independently as the lead for quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.

• More than 3 years of experience performing regular system quality audits.

• 3+ years of experience in reviewing and analyzing system quality data and documentation.

• Over 3 years of experience in authoring test scripts.

• At least 2 years of experience in an agile environment.

• 2+ years of experience in creating test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Strong experience in agile methodologies.

• Experience in analyzing system documentation and summarizing system functionality.

• Experience in working across multiple projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of fundamental system technologies relevant to project deliverables.
