Salesforce QA Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality throughout the Salesforce development lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test cases and test scenarios for Salesforce applications and solutions.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce environments.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce-based applications.

• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, workflows, and business processes against both functional and technical requirements.

• Review business and technical requirements to ensure they are consistent, complete, and testable.

• Identify, document, track, and verify Salesforce-related defects until they are resolved.

• Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems while validating data flow and system behavior.

• Perform regression testing following Salesforce releases, configuration changes, and the implementation of new features.

• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to guarantee product stability and quality.

• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify and address quality issues.

• Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, test strategies, and automation coverage.

• Recommend product and functionality enhancements based on usability, quality, and customer experience benchmarks.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure that business requirements are thoroughly validated prior to release.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance/Quality Control, including at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead QA role.

• Strong hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications and solutions is essential.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce testing, encompassing functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, configurations, customizations, and integrations from a QA/testing perspective.

• Demonstrated proficiency in both manual and automated testing, including practical experience with automation frameworks.

• Experience in designing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and regression suites for complex software systems.

• Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and external applications or systems.

• A strong record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams while managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to translate technical findings into clear business impacts.

• Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools.

• Experience working in CI/CD environments and understanding software release processes is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
