Salesforce QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee QA personnel supporting Salesforce applications

• Develop and execute QA strategies, standards, and best practices

• Create test governance frameworks, processes, and quality metrics

• Act as the primary QA liaison for program leadership and clients

• Manage functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce platforms

• Validate configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom-built applications

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce environments

• Review and authorize test cases, scripts, and execution outcomes

• Lead test automation initiatives utilizing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or equivalent

• Advocate for CI/CD integration in automated testing pipelines

• Assess and implement tools to enhance QA efficiency and coverage

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to refine requirements

• Organize UAT efforts involving government stakeholders and end users

• Report testing progress, risks, and defects to leadership

• Ensure compliance with federal standards, including Section 508, security, and audit readiness

• Maintain test plans, defect logs, and QA documentation

• Assist with audit processes and ensure traceability across requirements and testing

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required

• Must successfully pass a federal background investigation, including financial history review

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance testing

• 2-3 years of experience in leading QA teams

• Practical experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestRail

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
