Salesforce Omnistudio Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the architecture and design of intricate Salesforce solutions utilizing OmniStudio and the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

• Develop and execute solutions leveraging FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and other related technologies.

• Convert business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures.

• Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor for clients throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, Salesforce developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to establish solution strategies.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions and engage in requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture reviews.

• Create solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, integration designs, and implementation standards.

• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems utilizing APIs, middleware, and Salesforce integration technologies.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices concerning scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and data integrity.

• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and consultants.

• Evaluate proposed solutions and code for consistency with architectural standards and business requirements.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

• Keep abreast of innovations in the Salesforce platform, OmniStudio capabilities, and emerging Salesforce technologies.

• Contribute to internal Salesforce methodologies, reusable resources, accelerators, and best practices.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical discovery, estimates, proposals, and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of Salesforce experience, with a significant background in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.

• Proficient in OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Industry Cloud technologies.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs and various integrations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, and integration patterns.

• Experience in designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and navigating complex technical environments.

• Experience with Salesforce Industries/Industry Cloud is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Capability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce professionals.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• One or more Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect, Salesforce Industries-related credentials, or Salesforce OmniStudio-related credentials.

• Must reside in the U.S. and possess U.S. Citizenship.
