Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and direct the Salesforce development team.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze business requirements.

• Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions for both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Tailor Salesforce to meet the specific business needs of the organization.

• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and applications.

• Implement enterprise-level Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices and industry standards.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance regarding Salesforce customizations and platform development.

• Keep updated with Salesforce technologies such as LWC and Aura, and recommend their implementation when necessary.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects related to Salesforce customization and platform development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.

• Mentor and train team members on best practices and methodologies for Salesforce development.

• Work together with Salesforce architects and stakeholders to define technical architecture and solution roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as outlined in the job overview.

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or Salesforce Associate Architect.

• Experience with 2 end-to-end project implementations.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce development, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce customization and platform development.

• Experience in implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.

• Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified System Architect are preferred but not mandatory.
