Healthcare Salesforce Solutions Architect – Health Cloud, Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet PRO-spectus business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and business processes.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Develop technical solutions utilizing Salesforce, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Shield, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

• Create scalable architecture solutions, data models, system integrations, workflows, and customizations.

• Establish and implement the Salesforce platform security model, ensuring proper visibility, accessibility, and data sharing.

• Configure both standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules.

• Develop and sustain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and applications within Salesforce.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automate business workflows.

• Supervise Salesforce configuration, customization, and development efforts.

• Provide technical leadership and support to development teams.

• Design and implement integrations with ERP, client CRMs, marketing automation tools, and third-party applications.

• Define data governance protocols, manage data quality, and conduct data audits and cleanups.

• Administer data imports, exports, and migrations while ensuring compliance and security.

• Conduct testing and quality assurance tasks.

• Create technical documentation, design documents, specifications, and user manuals.

• Offer training and support to end users.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

• Create and manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

• Stay updated on Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends; recommend enhancements as appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role delivering Salesforce projects.

• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences in a production setting.

• Proficient in configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards.

• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory.

• At least 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

• Experience in the healthcare sector or demonstrated ability to quickly understand industry specifics.

• Proven background as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar position, with a thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.

• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate activities across EST to PST time zones.

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

• Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with Salesforce Lightning.

• Preferred but not mandatory: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Preferred but not mandatory: Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, or Service Cloud.

• Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with SQL or Python.

• Power BI experience is advantageous.

• Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
