• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Experience in inbound phone sales is advantageous when assisting new customer calls and demonstrating value to existing guests.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities for addressing challenging customer situations and gathering feedback for ongoing improvement.
