Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Reach out to and follow up with warm leads

• Assist in converting leads and securing bookings

• Foster positive relationships with clients

• Comprehend customer needs and requirements

• Keep precise records in the CRM system

• Follow up on pending sales opportunities

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and performance goals

• Address customer inquiries in a professional manner

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Capable of working independently

• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

• Resilient and confident when dealing with rejection

• Demonstrated success in phone-based sales

• Target-oriented with a solid performance history

• Proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Familiar with CRM systems

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues

• Must have access to a reliable laptop or desktop
