Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Generate regular reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Department.

• Evaluate business data sourced from SAP and Excel to facilitate commercial decision-making.

• Reconcile and monitor budgets associated with the expenses of additional sales representatives.

• Offer continuous operational and administrative assistance to the Sales team.

• Maintain, update, and verify customer, order, sales, and financial information in internal systems.

• Aid the flow of information among Sales, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service departments.

• Supervise order-related processes, deadlines, and any irregularities.

• Enhance the quality of reporting, data accuracy, and sales support procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar sales support, business support, or analytical position.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.

• Experience in handling financial documents, reports, and business data.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
