This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance through phone and remote support tools

• Assist customers with product usage, setup, and recommended practices

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems

• Provide prompt, clear solutions and proactively follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction

• Develop extensive knowledge of the entire Cadwell product range

• Engage in weekend support rotation and be on-call for after-hours escalations

• Assume additional duties as the team and business requirements evolve

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in a related discipline, or over 2 years of applicable experience in clinical neurophysiology, IT, or biomedical technology

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Polysomnographic Technology or Electroencephalograph Technology from a CAAHEP-accredited institution (preferred)

• Active credentials as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), EEG Technologist (REEGT), and/or Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) (a plus)

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a sleep/EEG technician, or over 2 years in help desk or network support (preferred)

• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of software platforms, networking, and hardware

• Familiarity with servers, virtual environments, WAN/LAN structures, Citrix, and storage systems (a plus)

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for articulating technical information

• Capability to rapidly assess issues and provide effective solutions

• Physically capable of performing job responsibilities, including lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs

• Must reside in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone
