Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Process customer orders and generate precise quotes along with related sales documentation.

• Offer administrative and operational assistance to both domestic and international sales teams throughout the sales process.

• Stay informed about company products, features, compatibility, pricing, supporting materials, promotional packages, and discounts.

• Address inquiries from current and prospective customers via online chat, email, and other professional sales support channels.

• Track and log domestic and international leads from tradeshows, webinars, online subscriptions, and additional sources into the CRM.

• Keep accurate records of customer, lead, quote, and sales-related information in the CRM and other systems.

• Collaborate with Shipping and internal departments regarding shipping information, logistics concerns, and customer or order-related issues.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for domestic bid proposals, vendor applications, and other sales-related requirements.

• Process internal orders for supply chain needs, promotional materials, tradeshows, R&D requests, and other business necessities.

• Update and manage online store information promptly.

• Oversee and handle high-volume sales support email communications.

• Review sales documents and materials for accuracy.

• Provide backup assistance to the Account Services Representative team.

• Identify issues, discrepancies, and process gaps while supporting timely resolutions.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned or required.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), or a comparable combination of education and directly-related experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, or administrative support.

• Proficiency in working with CRM systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in a high-volume customer service or administrative setting is preferred.

• Knowledge of order processing, quoting, or customer account support is preferred.

• Experience in supporting international sales or customers is preferred.
