Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Inputting and updating order and shipment details

• Managing records pertaining to orders, customers, and operations

• Assisting with item/SKU setup and other routine data entry tasks

• Keeping shared trackers and project lists up to date

• Verifying information for accuracy and reporting any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor

• Assisting with various operational tasks as daily priorities change

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets

• Quick to adapt to new systems

• Previous experience in order processing, operations, sales support, inventory, or related business processes is preferred
