Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide support to designated Account Executives throughout the entire sales process, encompassing both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

• Create and oversee quote configurations to ensure accurate integration into Salesforce.

• Assist with the preparation of RFQ/RFP documentation, conduct deal reviews, complete sales orders, and handle deal registrations.

• Liaise with partners, vendors, and suppliers to verify pricing, discounts, and product availability.

• Perform pricing analyses using historical data to inform strategic quoting decisions.

• Collaborate with engineers and solution architects in the development of BOM and opportunity scoping.

• Work with logistics and purchasing teams to provide tracking information as needed.

• Manage and process return material authorizations (RMAs).

• Prepare and submit various reports such as expense reports, aging reports, commission reports, and other necessary documentation.

• Maintain both internal and customer-facing records, including updates to GDTiQ and tracking spreadsheets.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new customers, partners, and vendors while ensuring adherence to internal processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; SAP experience is preferred.
