Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Maintain and refresh customer records, including contacts, phone numbers, emails, and notes.

• Conduct outbound calls to enhance customer engagement and foster client relationships.

• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide prompt assistance.

• Update customer notes and templates while generating quotes.

• Offer administrative support to the Sales team.

• Assist with order entry, ensuring information is both accurate and complete.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, administrative teams, contractors, installers, and other stakeholders.

• Address installation or project-related issues and coordinate suitable solutions.

• Communicate with installers or property representatives on behalf of Sales/Operations as necessary.

• Provide timely information and assistance to the Sales team.

• Work closely with Sales and Installation teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Help guarantee the quality and accuracy of customer orders and project details.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or a related field is advantageous.

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related position.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, order management tools, or data-entry software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and precision, particularly when dealing with customer information, orders, and pricing.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable following both verbal and written instructions.

• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to cultivate professional relationships.

• Good mathematical and reasoning abilities.

• Team player with enthusiasm, confidence, and a readiness to take ownership of tasks.
