Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate new business opportunities while overseeing and expanding the activities of current customers.

• Oversee the administrative aspects of the sales process.

• Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the system.

• Follow up on orders to ensure successful delivery that meets customer expectations.

• Lead the management of open orders to guarantee timely and precise delivery.

• Ensure that invoicing activities are conducted in a timely and accurate manner.

• Address and resolve issues at both the customer and supplier levels.

• Familiarize yourself with vendor supplier programs to procure products at advantageous rates.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding returns, orders, and information requests.

• Build and nurture relationships with sales teams, vendors, and internal departments.

• Provide assistance with quoting.

• Present add-on opportunities such as warranty upgrades, service agreements, accessories, or supplies.

• Maintain professionalism in all communications with internal and external customers.

• Complete assigned projects and additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

• Familiarity with computers, networking, and the IT industry as a whole.

• Strong communication and telephone skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• A collaborative team player with a positive mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.

• Capability to perform seated tasks with occasional standing or walking activities.
