This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Assist the Operations team with customer service and administrative responsibilities pertaining to consumer inquiries and regulated reporting processes.
• Input, update, and manage customer data in Salesforce and other internal platforms.
• Deliver professional assistance to consumers via phone and email.
• Respond to consumer inquiries and direct issues appropriately.
• Acquire knowledge of IntelliScript procedures and relevant Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) guidelines.
• Support documentation, tracking, follow-up tasks, and various operational activities.
• Collaborate with partners in IT, Data Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and Product.
• Contribute to ensuring consumers receive prompt, accurate service while maintaining efficient internal operations.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage confidential information with care.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to adhere to established procedures and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Dedication to addressing customer needs and providing a high-quality experience.
• Clear, professional communication in phone, email, video, and face-to-face interactions.
• Ability to balance intricate processes with the recognition of trends and problem-solving.
• Skill in prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience using Salesforce to find and record information is preferred.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is preferred.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without any current or future immigration assistance or sponsorship from Milliman.
