Sales Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver product and carrier information to producer groups and internal personnel.

• Maintain comprehensive product and financial expertise regarding all carriers.

• Acquire a strong understanding of internal and carrier software systems.

• Generate relevant illustrations reflecting the competitive life insurance landscape.

• Supply producers with illustrations and additional marketing resources.

• Proactively follow up on pre-sale activities.

• Record requested illustrations for sales follow-up utilizing a CRM system.

• Engage in internal and carrier training focused on competitive markets, products, and industry trends.

• Uphold departmental illustration workflows and service-level agreements regarding phone and illustration turnaround times.

• Experience using PCs within a Windows environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.

• Aptitude for analyzing problems and formulating solutions.

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Demonstrated maturity, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.

• Preferred: Familiarity with the insurance industry, its products, and sales processes.

• Successful completion of a background screening is required as part of the employment criteria.
