Sales Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver product and carrier information to producer groups and internal personnel

• Maintain comprehensive product and financial knowledge across all carriers

• Cultivate a solid understanding of internal and carrier software applications

• Generate appropriate illustrations in response to the competitive life insurance landscape

• Supply producers with illustrations and necessary marketing materials

• Actively follow up on presale activities

• Record requested illustrations for sales follow-up utilizing a CRM system

• Engage in internal and carrier training focused on competitive markets, products, and industry trends

• Uphold departmental illustration workflows and service-level agreements regarding phone and illustration turnaround times

• Create qualified illustrations and offer timely presale support to align with producer goals

• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients

• Proficient time management abilities

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Proficient in self-directed work

• Experience using PCs in a Windows operating environment

• Skilled in Microsoft Office software applications

• Aptitude for problem analysis and solution development

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience

• Excellent telephone etiquette

• Demonstrates maturity, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic

• Background screening, including employment verification, education verification, and criminal history checks may be necessary

• Preferred: familiarity with the insurance sector, products, and sales methodologies
