Sales Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including distribution, new accounts, and displays.

• Assess market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

• Ensure optimal in-store execution through collaboration with broker and merchandising teams.

• Train and mentor field teams to achieve execution standards.

• Assist in trade marketing initiatives and negotiations at the point of sale.

• Manage inventory levels to enhance sell-out and prevent overstock situations.

• Monitor sell-out performance using data and implement timely corrective measures.

• Carry out commercial initiatives, including product launches, distribution improvements, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with brokers and customers to deliver business outcomes.

• Support business reviews and maintain strong client relationships.

• Ensure healthy inventory levels and manage timely collections.

• Provide clear and timely updates on performance and business opportunities.

• Participate in weekly KPI reviews focusing on sell-in, sell-out, and execution metrics.

• Uphold company values and ensure a robust brand presence in the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPG field sales, trade marketing, or execution roles.

• At least 1 year of experience managing brokers, merchandisers, or third-party sales teams.

• Strong grasp of sell-in/sell-out dynamics and retail execution practices.

• Data-driven approach with the capability to transform insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
