This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction for accounts within the designated territory.
• Advocate for HP workstation products, including offerings in data science and AI.
• Assist both new and existing customers in discovering and implementing suitable solutions.
• Articulate product features and advantages to prospective customers.
• Provide technical knowledge and support to account managers.
• Identify potential clients, cultivate leads, and drive revenue expansion.
• Engage potential clients through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals.
• Maintain client relationships while offering continuous support.
• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee sales pipelines and monitor leads, opportunities, and prospects.
• Mentor junior team members in consultative selling, relationship development, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Ensure compliance with both company and industry-specific ethical standards.
• Participate in industry events and seminars to remain updated on techniques and technologies.
• Travel to customer locations as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Prior relevant work experience is beneficial.
• Proven track record in meeting client-facing/end-user sales quotas is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of specific vertical industries is preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in field relationship sales is required.
• Familiarity with hardware technology markets, including identifying, partnering, competing, and closing business deals.
• Skills in account management and business management.
• Experience in business development.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management.
• Experience in enterprise sales.
• Knowledge of product features and product demonstrations.
• Experience in sales prospecting and making outbound calls.
• Competence in solution selling and technical sales.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
