This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Surpass quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and vendors while identifying opportunities in designated regions and potential new markets as necessary.
• Manage and provide weekly updates on a pipeline of sales opportunities, quotes, and orders.
• Collaborate with customers to establish requirements for future bids and contract quotations for the equipment and services offered by the company.
• Travel to client sites and participate in symposiums, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions, including vendor ride-alongs, to identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Proactively gather competitive and customer intelligence: Share insights about market trends, opportunities, and challenges with the company.
• Provide pricing quotations and determine appropriate credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
• Familiarize yourself with and utilize internal CRM and ERP systems for processing quotes and orders.
• Support Inside Sales with data entry for generating customer quotes and assist in identifying optimal funding opportunities.
• Suggest products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Execute administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining sales records, and submitting expense reports in accordance with corporate timelines.
• Collaborate with potential customer professionals on product development, enhancements, modifications, or changes to improve overall performance.
• Accurately process quotes received through various channels including written, electronic, or telephone communications.
• Create a marketing strategy aimed at generating sales leads for new contacts within the existing region.
• Employ a combined inside/outside sales team approach for territory/customer strategy, vendor relations, and managing the dealer of record.
• Proven understanding of Government Sales and Federal Contracting.
• Experience engaging with the Department of Defense, Military, Federal Agencies, and Law Enforcement.
• Capability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Skillful negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, if necessary.
